Service for students

The SZS supports all students with blindness or visual impairment at KIT, independent from their field of studies.

Important information on how to get barrier-free access to study materials can be found under transfer of literature.

To compensate disadvantages written exams can be taken barrier-free at the SZS and in cooperation with the SZS.

The equipment of the SZS’s student room and the tools on loan are described under technical equipment.

The SZS offers classroom training on study-related topics, e.g. how to improve one’s work techniques.
